This building was once the heart of the estates forestry operations and used to house a large circular saw for processing trees felled in the woods into planks.
This large building has now been sympathetically converted into opulent holiday accommodation for up to 6 people.
There are truly magnificent views through a huge window looking across to the Lake District and Coniston fells including many of the most famous peaks, Coniston Old Man and Dow Crag, Walna Scar, Swirl How etc.
Lounge & Kitchen area
This spacious area features a new solid oak fitted kitchen with all of the conveniences you would expect, dishwasher, electric oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer and microwave etc, the whole property features a solid oak floor with under floor heating, with high quality lounge and dining furniture.
There is a large window with panoramic views and a wood burner for those cozy winter nights by the fire.
There is a flat screen television with Free view and DVD.
The Lounge also features an impressive Egyptian crystal chandelier.
On the second floor there is a gallery area again with excellent views.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in this property all rooms feature a solid oak floor and under floor heating with high quality furnishings and bed linen.
The double room has an oak sleigh bed; the two other bedrooms have twin single beds, one of which is on the ground floor.
Bathroom
There are two luxuriously appointed bathrooms both are fully tiled with under floor heating and a heated towel rail.
In the downstairs bathroom there is a large glass shower, wash basin and W.C.
The upstairs bathroom contains a large bath, chrome heated towel rail, washbasin and W.C.
Garden
There is a garden shared between the 3 cottages in the row with garden furniture and barbeques provided.
