A 17th century Lake District semi-detached cottage. Originally part of the main house for the Thornthwaite Estate, with lots of character set in its own secluded garden with patio and garden furniture, ideal for barbeques!
Kitchen
The modern Kitchen/dining area contains an electric cooker and oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.
There is a dining table that seats 4 people.
Lounge
The large lounge has an excellent log fire and ample comfortable seating. The television has Free View and a VHS/DVD player.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms have recently been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard using high quality furnishings in solid oak. High quality bed linen is also provided.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
There is a downstairs bathroom containing a new power shower, ideal for a good long massage after a hard day exploring the lake districts fells, lakes and mountains.
