This cottage was once the Blacksmiths workshop, where until recently his forge remained, a sturdy building typical of the style of many in the Lake District made of the local Burlington and Coniston slate.

With excellent panoramic views of the Old Man of Coniston and its breath-taking surrounding fells, Dow Crag, Walna Scar and Swirl How.

Lounge and Kitchen

This area features a new solid oak fitted kitchen with all of the conveniences you would expect; dishwasher, electric oven with halogen hob and microwave etc, the whole property features a solid oak floor with under floor heating, and high quality lounge and dining furniture.

There is a flat screen television with Free view.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms in this property both rooms feature a solid oak floor and under floor heating with high quality furnishings and bed linen. There is a double bedroom and a twin room

Bathroom

The luxuriously appointed bathroom is fully tiled with under floor heating and a  chrome heated towel rail. There is a large curved shower, wash basin and W. C.

Garden

There is a garden shared between the 3 cottages in the row with garden furniture and barbeques provided.
